How can I pay?
All three products can be paid by PayPal or Credit Card.
Service Suspension Policy
In case of suspension of service, it must be notified 7 calendar days in advance and the credit is valid up to 120 days.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the service, it must be communicated 7 working days before the next meeting and your money will be refunded.
Format of Services
All meetings will be online, through the ZOOM platform.
But if you are in Belgium and would like a face-to-face meeting, you can come to my office (at no additional cost) or I can come to you for a travel fee of 30 euros.
Time Zone for Meetings
The time considered for the meetings will be the CET - equivalent time to Belgium, where I am based.
Cancellation of Meetings
The meetings must be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Otherwise, 50% of the meeting fee will be charged.
Confidentiality
All contact between client and coach will be kept confidential, considering the ethics and nature of the coaching profession.

Psychologist, graduated in coaching from ICI - Integrated Coaching in São Paulo and Nova Terra Coaching School in Brussels.
Certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Coach (PCC) and by the Marshall GoldSmith Stakeholder Centered.
She has over 1000 hours of coaching practices focused on career and executive coaching.
